"Initially this place ranked 4-5 stars. Business since the old team left 2 years ago is horrible. They are overall nice and pleasant, but that doesn’t help get the job done. They have charged 3x a card that should NOT be on file or charged. They are poor in following through with request. I wanted to give them more if my business at first but have literally taken accounts completely away from them and SF. My advice would be to seek another agent as I know anytime I have to contact them here, something will be screwed up."

"I encounter a problem with the renewal on my auto insurance coverage and contacted my Agent's office. I was referred to Callie Silas, the Office Manager. Callie immediately identified a solution to my problem and worked with the underwriters to ensure that the problem was resolved. The resolution of the problem required several interactions with Callie, who always did what she said she would do. Additionally, she was courteous, efficient, professional, and most of all reliable. She stayed in contact with me until my problem was completely resolved. It was so refreshing to have such excellent good customer service! I will always remember Callie because she really did treat me "just like a good neighbor.""
